  • Shout-out to our amazing families for the thoughtful treats shared with staff, they were sweet in both taste and gesture!  
  • A special thank you to Mrs. Wilson, Mrs. Ho, and Mrs. Lachapelle, who help with bussing each day. Their attention and care help maintain a smooth, safe, and positive end to the school day! 

 

Parent Teacher Conferences 

Our November Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, November 27 from 4:30pm to 8:15pm and Friday, November 28 from 8:30am to 12:30pm.  Parent Teacher Conference bookings will open next Friday at 6:00pm (November 21) and can be accessed through your MyCBE/PowerSchool account.

Fundraising

Here are a few fundraising updates from SHSES:  

 Thank you to the dedicated families who have already signed up. We still need: 

  30 more volunteers – Dec. 3 & 4! Your time will have a HUGE impact at BPS! 
One volunteer shift raises approximately $2000. 

Proceeds from this casino will: 

  • Help fund 10% of the mini playground replacement, set to be installed next August! 
  • Support student programs like swim & ski lessons, musical instruments, and classroom technology. 

Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and siblings over 18 years of age are also welcome to sign up and receive a complimentary meal during their shift. 

 
Without enough helpers for this event, we risk losing future casino funding.

Healthy Hunger
