Shout Outs

  • A big shout-out to all staff and students for removing their outdoor footwear when entering the building. Your efforts help keep our school floors clean, safe, and dry—thank you!

Attendance

Daily attendance is a top priority for our office staff each morning, and we greatly appreciate families notifying us as early as possible.

We kindly ask that you use our school email (BattalionPark@cbe.ab.ca) as your primary method for reporting absences or late arrivals. Please be sure to copy your child’s classroom teacher on all correspondence.

Attendance can also be reported by calling our Attendance Line at 403-777-7187 ext. 1 and leaving a detailed message.

When leaving a message or emailing, please include your child's:

  • First and last name
  • Grade
  • Teacher's name
  • Reason for absence

This helps us ensure accurate attendance records.

Thank you for your cooperation and support.
