Grade 1-6 Student Council Initiatives

The Student Council has come up with an initiative to clean up the school yard. They have created a 'Garbage Grabbers' kit that contains a class set of tongs and garbage bags that can be signed out. The first class to sign them out at the office was amazed at how well they worked.

They also voted to continue to collect plastic writing materials to be recycled. They have already collected one 5 gallon pail of markers, mechanical pencils, pens and highlighters. Please feel free to send in any plastic writing materials and we will be sure they get recycled.
